3 years ago +1 you can set steering lock ajustment range at.HDV file in car didectory. And then ajust it in garage. Steeringlockrange=(5.0,1.0,45) that means my lock ajustment range is from 5 to 45 and i can change it minimum by 1 degree. Howewer ingame it shows that my lock ajustment range is 5-49. I dunno why but keep in mind that result may be not accurate as you set in HDV file. Also i noticed that extreme values may bug. For me 55 degrees make my front wheels bug at maximum lock, they start to shake violently.
